Can I send a business partner or colleague instead of myself?

Yes, but please get in touch so we know who to expect on arrival.

What happens if I have any allergy/dietary requirements?

Please let us know as soon as you can after booking your tickets and we’ll let you know if we are able to accommodate any allergy or dietary requirements.

Do you have disabled access?

Unfortunately, due to the limitations of the venue, we do not currently have disabled access or facilities.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

FREE PARKING – We recommend parking across from the office at Cliffe Hill Avenue Car Park (more info:

BUS – You can catch Trent Barton i4 or the CT4N, 18 Bus which stop outside the Old Rock pub. It’s then a 2 min walk to PinnPoint offices.

TRAM – If you want to catch the tram, head to Toton Lane. It’s then roughly a 30-40 minute walk to PinnPoint offices.

Please note – There’s limited parking space (3-4 cars) at the rear of the building.
